Overlooking historical Cambridge the restaurant terraces of the Varsity Hotel & Spa have been enclosed with retractable roof pergola's and sliding glass windows, providing a comfortable extension which can be used all the year round and in any weather. When conditions are good the windows slide open and a press of a button opens the roof for fully alfresco dining with unobscured views of the famous city.
